Game Of The Week: Star Fox

Star Fox is a franchise of rail space shooters developed and published by Nintendo. The series began with the lesser-known Star Fox for the SNES, but really kicked off with Star Fox 64 to become one of the greatest N64 games and accidentally create one of the oldest Internet memes, Do A Barrel Roll (Can be traced back as far as 2004, which is almost a whole decade old as of this post publishing) The games revolve around the titular Star Fox team, a team of anthropomorphic animals, and their efforts to keep the Lylat System and it's inhabitants safe. Ready to fly?

Game Of The Week: Professor Layton

Professor Layton is a Nintendo/Level-5 franchise that centers around solving logic puzzles (mostly) and mysteries, which can vary from insultingly easy to mind-boggling. The franchise also focuses around the titular Professor Layton, a London archaeologist that is often called upon to solve mysteries with his logical skills- often accompanying him is Luke, a young hotshot who is the Professor's proclaimed apprentice. The series has spawned eight games, several mangas, several Japan-only novels and a film.
Are you smart enough to solve all of the puzzles?

Main site for the franchise is here.
The movie can be viewed (hooray for 1080p!) here.

Call of Duty: Ghosts

Well, the verdict is in.

Call of Duty: Ghosts was released on November 5th, and it's definitely one of the best versions of Call of Duty yet, according to my source.
Tonight, I spoke with illustrious and elusive gamer, xCoSmic FuSioN, who without a doubt made sure to obtain the new game on its release date. After thoroughly checking it out, he predicts it will outsell Call of Duty: Black Ops II, which was a record-selling game until it was outsold by Grand Theft Auto V.  But xCoSmic FuSioN predicts Ghosts will even surpass GTA-V in record sales. After all, you can play as a dog and evade shark attacks in campaign mode, for example.

With new features and other surprises like the mode "Extinction," which includes fighting off hordes of aliens, Call of Duty: Ghosts is sure to please every Call of Duty fan.  This game is available right here on Xanaland (look to your right and scroll down), so if you're going to buy it anyway, why not buy it from Xana?
~Happy gaming, everyone~
